Whether you are seeking to invigorate your body with Fire Cider Herbs, calm your mind with soothing sound healing, or nourish your soul with mindful movement or nature walks, our curated experiences offer something for every seeker.

Join us as we weave together movement, meditation, hands-on learning, and creative expression into a tapestry of wellness that will leave you feeling grounded, inspired, and connected.

This Sunday brings together three exceptional practitioners. Each are local gems that are coming together to create an incredible day for you.

Danielle Dejak, founder of Calyx Herbalism, will guide you through the art of crafting Fire Cider. With her deep knowledge of plant medicine and environmental biology, Danielle will empower you to create your own immune-boosting tonic.

Mary Dolejs, a passionate yoga instructor, will lead you in a session of Movement and Inspiration. Drawing from her personal journey, Mary specializes in adaptive practices that honor everyone’s unique needs.

Lesley Turski, certified sound healing practitioner and founder of Cleveland Sound Healing, will immerse you in the transformative power of sound. Blending her healthcare background with extensive musical training, Lesley offers a deeply restorative sonic experience.
