Cancellation and Refund Policy

Rescheduling

Any rescheduling of appointments must be done in the Healthie system by navigating to your appointment, or by Healthie message or email. This must be completed within 24 hours of the start of your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations and No Show Appointments

To cancel an appointment, use the Healthie system by navigating to your appointment, or contact me by Healthie message or email. There must be 24 hour notice before the start of your scheduled appointment time. After cancellation, your Healthie account will be given credits for you to reschedule the appointment.

You will forfeit your session if cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hour period or if you do not show up to the appointment. In emergency circumstances, a refund or rescheduling option will be considered, however, this is NOT guaranteed.

3-Month Program Refunds

Payment is required when scheduling your consultation package. Any refund requests must be by Healthie message or email and must be done at least 24 hours before the start of an appointment time. If you wish to terminate your package before the first appointment, you will receive a refund minus a $30 processing fee. If you choose to terminate the consultation package before your first followup, you will receive a refund minus a $125 appointment fee and a $30 processing fee. Refunds are not available for packages after the first followup.

One-Off Consultation Refunds

Payment is required when scheduling a One-Off Consultation. Any refund requests must be by Healthie message or email and must be done at least 24 hours before the start of an appointment time. You will receive a refund minus a $30 processing fee.

Acute Consultation Refunds

Payment is required when scheduling an Acute Consultation. Any refund requests must be by Healthie message or email and must be done at least 24 hours before the start of an appointment time. You will receive a refund minus a $15 processing fee.

Follow-Up Refunds (for followups purchased after package completion)

Payment is required when scheduling a followup. Any refund requests must be by Healthie message or email and must be done at least 24 hours before the start of an appointment time. You will receive a refund minus a $15 processing fee.

Product Refund and Return Policy

Customized herbal blends purchased from Calyx Herbalism are not eligible for refund or return under any circumstances. If an item arrives damaged, a replacement will be sent to you if the damage is due to packaging error (photo proof should be emailed). If the damage is due to postal carrier mishandling, please file a claim directly with the postal carrier.

This policy is to ensure efficient scheduling for all clients.
